In this mid-senior level role, you will enhance Employee Lifecycle Applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Formación

• 3+ years of experience with Python/Django, Typescript/React & Java/Spring Boot.
• Good JIRA practices and strong documentation experience.
• Good verbal and writing English skills.
• Strong testing and bug resolution abilities.
• Independent thinker and self-starter.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and security;
• Implement new features and enhancements to support employee and candidate lifecycle processes;
• Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to ensure seamless data flow across systems;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience with Python/Django, Typescript/React & Java/Spring Boot;
• Good JIRA practices and strong documentation experience;
• Good verbal and writing English skills to effectively communicate with the internal team;
• Strong testing and bug resolution abilities;
• Independent thinker and self-starter.
