Safran S.A. in Mexico is seeking a proactive Project Management support role focused on machinery installation and civil works. You will assist in planning, tracking schedules, ensuring deadlines, and preparing progress reports and presentations.

The candidate will support multidisciplinary teams, CPI control, documentation review, supplier follow-up for HSE, invoice monitoring, and construction supervision to monitor progress and meet project deliverables.

Formación

• Student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Business Administration with focus on Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Support in the creation and monitoring of schedules and assurance of deadlines.
• Support in the management of multidisciplinary teams.
• Support in CPI control.
• Support in supplier and documentation follow-up for HSE.
• Invoice monitoring.
• Documentation review.
• Support in construction supervision.
• Support in monitoring the progress of each project.
• Support in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes and presentations.
• Assist in deviation plans control and change management.
