Jobtailor in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Project Management professional to track projects end-to-end and support cross-functional teams across departments. The role emphasizes maintaining plans, milestones, and clear communication.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and exposure to Agile/Scrum and Lean Six Sigma, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and English communication abilities. On-site role with development opportunities in transformation initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics/Finance, Tech, or related fields.
• Core understanding of Project Management, Agile/Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma (Continuous Improvement).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
• Intermediate to Advanced English with strong meeting leadership and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Track assigned projects end-to-end, maintaining project plans, milestones, commitments, and status updates.
• Lead follow-up meetings, align cross-functional teams, document agreements, and ensure clear communication across departments.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early, escalating them to keep projects moving.
• Maintain updated project tools, build executive status reports, and uphold portfolio documentation standards.
• Gather requirements, support testing and post-implementation follow-ups, and contribute to continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
• Support planning, tracking, and execution of transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
