Robert Bosch Group in Celaya, Mexico, is seeking a PMO Leader to standardize project governance, drive manufacturing programs, and own the plant's PM process. The role demands PMP certification and strong leadership to manage complex portfolios across ME strategy.

You will lead cross-functional PM activities, ensure KPI tracking and data quality, and coach project teams while driving continuous PM framework improvements. This position is on-site in Celaya.

• Lead PMO processes and project governance at the plant.
• Standardize project governance and share resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ensure maintenance and quality of project data and PM KPI tracking.
• Organize Steering/Review Committees and provide PM data.
• Coach and support PMO-related projects and enable plant operations.
• Collect feedback to improve PM framework and PM excellence.
• Moderate project workshops such as Kick-Off and Lessons Learned.
• Represent Plant perspective in ME PM network.
• Develop and improve all elements of project management for the plant.

The Project Management Office (PMO) leads the organizational structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques.PMO Leader is the process owner of Project Management (PM) process of the plant

Qualifications

• Execute & deploy ME Project Management Strategy
• Apply ME PM Standards and shape BU specific PM
• Implement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy
• Ensure & track maintenance and quality of project data and success critical PM KPI’s.
• Ensure proper organization of Steering/ Review Committees of all Plant Projects and support with relevant PM data
• Coach and support Non-PEP / PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in Plant, to ensure the QGC fulfillment and enable the plant for sample production. (PEP: Product Development Process)
• Actively collect feedback from Projects to contribute improvement of PM framework and PM excellence at BBM
• Moderate Project workshops, e.g., Kick-Off, Lessons Learned
• Represent Plant perspective w.r.t. in ME Project Management network
• Receive PMO targets from ME/PMO enriched with BU and Plant business needs
• Develop, implement, maintain, and improve all elements of project management for the Plant
• Carry out PM maturity (self-)assessments
• Issue rules and regulations regarding project management for the Plant
• Foster an adequate competence level for all PM roles
• Collect new products information from BBM Planning Process and allocate to the respective VS Project Managers (MFE)
• Assess to the Plant adherence to rules and regulations in project management
• Consultation for nomination of project managers, at least for category A and B projects
• Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electronic or similar career with project management knowledge
• Professional Project Management (PMP) Certified Certification
