FedEx Express is seeking a Project Engineer to lead high-impact strategic projects across operations. You will evaluate, design, and implement initiatives with local management and cross-functional teams to reduce operating costs, increase revenue, improve productivity, and enhance customer service.

The role will provide technical expertise and support operational planning, engineering, resource optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or another Engineering field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English, equivalent to approximately 600 TOEIC points.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D or higher.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Ishikawa diagrams, Pareto analysis, 5 Whys, and histograms.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic and operational improvement projects, coordinating activities with local management and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and monitor plans related to operations, facilities, equipment, vehicles, staffing, and expansion requirements.
• Analyze operational performance and implement solutions to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
• Provide technical support to field operations in areas such as productivity, contingency planning, staffing, and cost effectiveness.
• Support facility planning, layouts, equipment justification, vehicle planning, and engineering requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational contingency plans and standard operating procedures.
• Lead corporate and departmental projects focused on operational productivity and performance.
• Monitor project results and provide recommendations based on operational and statistical analysis.
