CP in Mexico is seeking a Project Application Engineer to drive project management from inception to delivery. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape high‑quality tools and solutions for customers.

The role requires coordinating resources, planning cost estimates, and effectively communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. A hybrid work setup is offered with travel and engagement in global projects.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management.
• Ability to lead and communicate with customers and teams.
• SAP knowledge is mandatory and English proficiency is required.

Your role

Your day‑to‑day

• Direct development and project management from start to finish.
• Develop estimates costs based on engineering designs.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to the members team and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Estimate the resources and participants necessary to achieve the goals of the project.
• Follow up on the project and certify deliveries;
• Proactively manage changes in the scope of the project, identify potential crises, and draw up contingency plans;

Your Skills And Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management is an advantage
• Leadership skills
• Problems solving effectively skills
• Effective computer management highlighting in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Point), Microsoft Project, Solid Works
• To be able of communicate properly with customer levels
• Responsible for promoting a cooperative relationship between team members
• English level 85% written and spoken
• To be able of perform an analysis of deficiencies and delegation of appropriate countermeasures if necessary.SAP use is mandatory
• Workfront, Tacton, Sales force and Desoutter databases use is an advantage

Your location

• This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on‑site at our Tlanepantla Office.
