ZF Group is seeking a Project Analyst to support the Project Management Office in Monterrey. The role focuses on timebooking, budgeting, and administrative tasks, with exposure to PowerApps and PowerBI reports for data analytics.

You will collaborate with the global team to create projects, manage budgets, and prepare financial summaries, building a career path across multiple project disciplines.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a non technical area (Adiministration, Finance, Business, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Review actual spend vs approved project budgets
• Update approved budgets with modifications for current year forecast and future year planning as approvals are granted
• Upload of data from external contractor timebooking tracking sheets into the division project budget tracking program
• Create new projects and structure hierarchy in cplace (Project Management tool)
• Create Work Breakdown Structure inside projects according to Division standards
• Assist purchasing and finance departments in maintenance of POs for external resources
• Lead the Expense Request Approval process, and verify budget exists, summarize requests, other analytical tasks
• The role will interface with Global team members in various functions – project management engineering, finance, purchasing

About the TeamThis position is in the Project Management Office. Initial focus primarily on timebooking and administrative tasks. Further role expansion in the future. The role works with the global team in project creation, budget tracking, reporting and data analytics. The role also has a hand in creating requirements for PowerApps and PowerBI reports where needs are identified. Future growth into other areas will be defined.

Your Profile as Project Analyst:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a non technical area (Adiministration, Finance, Business, etc.)
• Self motivated
• Detail oriented
• Desire and willingness to learn
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools with emphasis on Excel
• Cplace experience desired but not required
• Proficient in English – written and spoken
