The ideal candidate has 3+ years in tool and die maintenance, experience with carbide tooling, and proficiency in precision measurement and GD&T. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• This role requires 3+ years of experience in tool and die maintenance, specifically with progressive carbide stamping dies.
• Experience in tooling and die-related machining operations and surface grinding is essential.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and GD&T drawing interpretation is expected.
• Preferred: technical certification or apprenticeship in tool and die maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on progressive stamping dies to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair die issues, including alignment, wear, or damage.
• Operate lathes, mills and other machining equipment to fabricate or modify components.
• Sharpen and maintain carbide tools; use surface grinders for tight tolerances.
• Assist in die setup and adjustments in stamping presses.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and track performance metrics.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized, compliant workspace.
