MPS Group LLC in Querétaro seeks a Program Manager to support MRO aircraft material recovery by coordinating procurement, movement, and tracking of parts. You will ensure timely shortages resolution, update SAP records, and liaise with U.S.-based teams, warehouses, line stations, and suppliers.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance, SAP usage, and independent work in a fast-paced maintenance environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Candidate has strong technical background in aircraft maintenance and MRO operations.
• Experience with SAP procurement and inventory management is required.
• Ability to read aircraft manuals and service bulletins for sourcing decisions.
• Familiarity with 8130 tags and material sourcing processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site-level shortage activity, reconciling and meeting deadlines.
• Order from stock, recall station spares, and check MRO sources for inventory.
• Procure parts from OEMs or surplus vendors.
• Oversee RTA process, Over Cap approvals, AOG drop ship, and ROB actions.
• Update MSNs with current status and close shortages after receipt.
• Maintain accurate procurement/inventory data in SAP.
• Process Removal/Install transactions and returns of unused inventory.
• Resolve issues from In Transit and Stationary Tracking Reports.
• Use IPC/CMN/ER/A drawings to identify alternate parts.
• Validate effectivity and alternate MPNs; review 8130 tags.
• Receive/stage AA kits, Prepull/FK1, and nonroutine inventory.
• Support SOP development, training docs, and quality audits.
• Coordinate daily with Service Recovery, ASO, and Material Planning.
• Participate in daily meetings to identify material constraints and reduce TAT.

About the Role

The Program Manager in Service Recovery supports MTC for MRO aircraft by coordinating the procurement, movement, and tracking of aircraft parts and materials. This role ensures timely resolution of material shortages, accurate updates within SAP, and effective communication with U.S.-based teams, distribution warehouses, line stations, and external suppliers. The position requires strong technical understanding, organizational discipline, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-level shortage activity, including reconciliation and meeting deadlines.
• Order from stock, recall station spares, and check MRO Master/other sources for inventory.
• Procure parts from OEMs or surplus vendors.
• Oversee parts RTA process, Over Cap approvals, AOG drop ship activity, and all ROB actions.
• Update MSNs with current status information and close shortages upon material receipt.
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory data in SAP.
• Process Removal/Install transactions and manage returns of unused inventory (“06 Material”).
• Resolve issues identified in In Transit and Stationary Tracking Reports.
• Use aircraft manuals (IPC, CMN, ER/A, drawings, service bulletins) to identify alternate part solutions.
• Validate effectivity and alternate MPNs, and review 8130 tags.
• Receive and stage AA kits, Prepull/FK1, and Nonroutine/FK2 inventory.
• Support SOP development, training documentation, and quality audits.
• Coordinate daily with Service Recovery, ASO, Material Planning, and Component Shop support.
• Participate in daily production meetings to identify material constraints and minimize aircraft TAT.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of aircraft maintenance and MRO operations.
• Proficiency in SAP for procurement and inventory management.
• Ability to interpret aircraft manuals (IPC, CMN, ER/A, drawings, service bulletins).
• Experience with 8130 tags and material sourcing processes.

• Professional experience in aviation or MRO environments (typically expected).
