Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Project Manager to oversee plant projects portfolio (STP, NPI, VAVE) and champion PROLaunch at the plant level. You will manage all stages from initiation to closure, coordinating resources across functions to ensure on-time industrialization and execution.

Primary responsibilities include leading cross-functional planning, risk management, and maintaining project documentation, while coordinating with Finance for capital approvals and reporting status

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in project environments.
• Familiar with PROLaunch standards and industrialization processes.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a cross functional team on project planning/execution aligned to scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality requirements.
• Leads Risk Management for the project, identifying risks and implementing responses.
• Ensures standard program management processes are utilized and PM metrics/reports are produced.
• Develops and monitors detailed Project Schedule/Plan to track progress and milestones.
• Ensures the PROLaunch standard is followed and leads gate reviews.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
• Works with key suppliers to drive schedule attainment and resolve blockers.
• Manages capital appropriation requests in coordination with Finance.
• Communicates project status to stakeholders per Communications Plan.
