Job summary

Antolin is seeking an experienced Production Planner to own the plant's Master Production Schedule and align demand with capacity in our Saltillo plant. You will coordinate S&OP activities, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across production planning processes.

The role requires 5+ years planning experience, SAP proficiency, and the ability to balance customer demand with manufacturing constraints.

• 5+ years of planning experience.
• Responsibility for the plant's or business unit's Master Production Schedule.
• Experience participating in or leading S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.
• Ability to balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity.
• Experience managing customer demand fluctuations and schedule changes.
• Experience leading production planning meetings and tracking key performance indicators.
• APICS/CPIM certification is highly desirable.
