• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English
• Previous PM experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology.
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Direct customer-facing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production floor processes.
• Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and program financial management.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Assist with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring adherence to product development timelines, delivery, quality and business metrics.
• Review program proposals to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing and resource allotment.
• Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange recruitment/assignment of personnel.
• Serve as the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation for issues.
• Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and develop additional business with customers.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Manager located in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, he Program Manager role will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
