Valeo is seeking an experienced APZ leader to oversee training induction for newcomers, monitor certification, and ensure safety, quality and TPM standards across the APZ. You will manage daily operations, analyze skills needs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.

Responsibilities include leading performance boards, conducting appraisals, and coordinating with support functions to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining a positive team climate.

Formación

• Induction of all newcomers and organization of training actions
• Analyse flex and multi-skill needs to develop team autonomy
• Monitor certification processes and update flexibility grid
• Enforce safety, environment rules and standard stops on genba

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily management of absenteeism, holidays, safety and environment risk analysis
• Ensure TPM, 1st level maintenance and QRQCs are respected
• Manage APZ objectives in monthly meetings with team
• Perform annual appraisals, salary reviews and career interviews
