Valeo North America Inc. is seeking an APU Manager to oversee the APU operations, lead a team, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and efficiency.

The role involves managing production, ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating with support functions to meet SQCDM targets. The incumbent will conduct regular performance reviews, develop training plans, and lead daily meetings to address TOP issues and implement countermeasures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings, organizing delegation.
• Conduct annual appraisals, salary review, career interviews, succession planning and feedback.
• Manage production and ensure customer satisfaction, SQCDM performance and profitability of the APU.
• Define work standards with support functions and ensure health, safety and environmental rules are followed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions for compliance.
