Valeo Service is seeking an APU Manager to lead production and people development within its perimeters. The role focuses on enforcing health, safety and environmental standards, conducting appraisals, and driving continuous improvement across SQCDM metrics while maintaining alignment with MPS/SIOP processes.

• Experience leading teams and developing others in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Familiarity with induction processes, competency monitoring and training plan execution.
• Understanding of health, safety, environmental rules and SQCDM concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage APU (assembly and production unit) teams daily, weekly and monthly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation and scheduling for the APU.
• Drive continuous improvement through QRQC, work standards, and escalation when needed.
• Conduct annual appraisals, salary reviews, and career discussions within the team.
• Coordinate with support functions to ensure MPS/SIOP alignment and production targets.
