Acuity in Mexico is seeking a people-oriented leader to implement strategies for team development and engagement. You will delegate tasks based on strengths, provide training, and build trust through ongoing feedback.

The role requires leadership of a 7-person team, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office. You will create development plans, promote an engaging environment, and ensure production plans meet key indicators while driving safety, quality and productivity.

Formación

• Advanced English skills.
• Leadership experience managing a team of 7 people directly or more.
• High knowledge in Microsoft tools such as: Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Able to read and analize data and charts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with people at all leveles.
• Demostrated ability to facilitate and train others.
• Passion for people.
• Excellent attention to details and administration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create development plans for cell leaders growing their share competences level.
• Create action plans to promote an environment where the best people come to do their best work (Engagement)
• Administrates and ensures operation and production plan to achive key indicators from the area.
• Develop and implement processes improvements using BSF toolkit that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.
