Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. seeks an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead maintenance operations, facility management and TPM initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will maximize equipment reliability, improve OEE and drive continuous improvement.

You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance, lead cross-functional teams, ensure environmental, health & safety standards, and partner with Production and Engineering to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of TPM, PM, and PdM.
Experience improving OEE, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve TPM programs.
Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Drive equipment reliability and OEE improvements.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
Lead maintenance and facilities teams, including training and performance management.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and resources.
Partner with Production and Engineering teams to support operational goals.
Promote Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
