Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage daily production, develop and motivate staff, and drive productivity at our facility in Apodaca, Nuevo León.

You will oversee operations, ensure safety, coordinate with other departments to hit targets, mentor teammates, and analyze data to improve efficiency; supervisory experience and a solid engineering or production background are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing or production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; commitment to safety and quality.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

• Responsibilities include:
