Johnson Controls seeks a Sr Process Engineer to lead manufacturing improvements across workflows, tooling, documentation, and production support. You will apply data-driven methods and hands-on collaboration to reduce bottlenecks and boost quality and productivity.
The role requires applying Lean, Six Sigma, and A3 problem solving to sustain improvements and support new product introductions on the manufacturing floor.

The Sr Process Engineer drives improvements across manufacturing workflows, tooling, process documentation, and production support activities. You will use data, structured problem-solving, and hands-on collaboration to identify bottlenecks, improve quality and productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
