Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Plant Supervisor to manage daily production activities, develop and motivate staff, and drive productivity improvements within our manufacturing plant in Mexico.

The role emphasizes safe operations, adherence to quality standards, and collaboration across departments to meet targets. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential for driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/production; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

• Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.
