Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5+ years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
