Valeo is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the APZ area and lead a team of operators in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the induction of newcomers, scheduling training actions, and developing team autonomy and a continuous improvement mindset.

You will monitor safety, environmental compliance, and TPM standards, ensure standard working instructions, and maintain performance boards.

Formación

• Experience supervising operators in a production environment.
• Ability to design and oversee training actions for a diverse team.
• Strong focus on health, safety, and environmental rules.

Responsabilidades

• Induction and onboarding of newcomers within the APZ perimeter.
• Plan and schedule training actions to develop team autonomy and improvement spirit.
• Monitor safety rules, environment risks, and TPM standards; enforce working instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure 5S, QCDM, and KPI boards are up to date.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and APU to align daily MPS priorities and actions.
