Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its APU organization in a full-time permanent role located at our facility. You will oversee a maintenance team, ensure safety standards (LOTO, QRQC), and lead training programs to improve team autonomy and performance.

You will manage daily operations, track KPIs, support continuous improvement, and drive implementation of ERIM/TPM standards within the maintenance perimeter.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and ensure safety rules are known and applied by maintenance staff.
• Induct newcomers and organize training on procedures, tools, and standards.
• Lead QRQC and 5 WHYs initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance during maintenance.
• Monitor performance, scheduling, and training to improve team autonomy and outcomes.
• Oversee maintenance tasks, ensure on-time completion, and minimize equipment downtime.
