The Production Supervisor role, located in Juarez Automotive, reports to the Director of Operations. You will lead a technical production team, monitor operating performance, drive efficiency and quality improvements, and coach operators to meet customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree typically required.
• Ability to prioritize production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Experience driving process development and cost improvement projects.
• Commitment to a safe and clean work environment and policy compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Produce several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Lead a team of professionals (engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.
• Review plant operating performance and advise on efficiency/quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot/analysis of operational problems and coach operators on performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop project proposals for improvements.
• Provide technical/operational advice to project teams; train junior operators.
• Experience with Harnesses is desirable.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Supervisor located in Juarez Automotive.

Reporting to the Director, Operations the Production Supervisor’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Responsible for producing several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.
• Lead a team comprising individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsive requirements.
• Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.
• Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.
• Receives and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.
• Provides technical/operational advice to project teams.
• May act as principal interface between the operation team.
• May train and coach junior operators.
• Experience in Harnesses (desirable)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply to meet customer requirements.
• Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects.
• Assist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with standards.
