Job summary

ABB is looking for a production role in Guadalupe, Nuevo León, onsite. You will oversee scheduling, coordinate equipment and process improvements, and drive actions to meet demand and quality targets.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to resolve critical issues and improve overall production performance. The role emphasizes lean manufacturing, leadership, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, reporting to the Production Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in people management.
• Knowledge of LX, SAP, line balancing management, and standardized work.
• Continuous improvement and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production scheduling and the production plan meet volume requirements per the demand plan and inventory service levels.
• Recommend technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Identify deficiencies in production area and oversee improvement actions to boost performance.
• Manage resolution of critical product or equipment issues with relevant internal teams.
