# Production SupervisorWe are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and results-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our manufacturing plant. The selected candidate will provide direct leadership to production staff, support the smooth execution of daily production plans, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine strong staff coordination skills with a focus on operational efficiency and high-quality control standards.Our Facility located in Tijuana; Mexico is looking to add a Production Supervisor to the Team.**What would you do as our Production Supervisor?**Ensure adherence to production plans by supervising, coordinating, and developing the staff under your direction, while upholding the highest standards of Safety, Quality, On-time Delivery, Cost Efficiency, and Engagement, in alignment with the organization's established strategies and metrics.**Essential Duties and Tasks*** Meet the daily production plan.* Meet required quality standards.* Responsible for ensuring that personnel have and use appropriate safety equipment.* Comply with and enforce plant safety regulations.* Coordinate and execute actions aimed at achieving plant objectives.* Evaluate, document, recommend, and/or initiate personnel actions—such as promotions and disciplinary measures—for staff under their supervision.* Coordinate and/or carry out cross-training across different operations.* Maintain all records necessary for managing production times.* Coordinate and ensure that work areas remain organized, clean, and functional.* Ensure the logging and monitoring of tool maintenance in their areas.* Maintain good communication with staff under their supervision.* Foster communication between shifts.**Qualifications, Education and Experience**• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing.• Minimum 3 years of experience• Preferably experience in the metalworking industry• TRESS system**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
