Hussmann Technologies de Baja California SA de CV in Tijuana, BC, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive alignment with safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The candidate will coach production teams, monitor KPIs, and coordinate cross‑functional interactions across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Planning, and HR to sustain productivity and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading production teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production KPIs.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and hands‑on experience in manufacturing operations, capable of leading production teams while ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities to achieve production schedules and operational targets.
• Manage, coach, and develop production employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, efficiency, quality, scrap, downtime, and attendance.
