Dana is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production activities at our Nuevo León facility, ensuring alignment with plant goals. You will monitor KPIs, drive performance, and lead efforts to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.

Collaborating with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams, you will uphold safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while fostering lean practices and cross-functional communication within the Dana team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and performance management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication.
