Kellanova is seeking a Team Leader to guide manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and lead a high-performing team. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and technical teams to ensure equipment reliability and process excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong leadership abilities. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Power BI are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechatronics/Electromechanical/Mechanical Eng or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, including leading teams and managing production operations.
• Proven leadership skills to manage large teams, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence, and OEE metrics.
• Experience collaborating with maintenance and technical teams to support equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Intermediate Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, plan, and coordinate production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and people objectives.
• Promote EHS and QFS standards, ensuring GMPs, sanitation, HACCP/SQF policies.
• Coach and develop production associates, driving accountability and continuous development.
• Monitor and improve OEE indicators and optimize raw/material usage.
• Coordinate with maintenance/technical teams to resolve operational challenges and support line startups.

Are you passionate about leading manufacturing teams and driving operational excellence? Join our Operations team as a Team Leader. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating production area operations, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and people objectives while fostering a strong culture of EHS, QFS, and continuous improvement.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

• Production Operations Leadership: Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities to ensure operational objectives are achieved while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Promote EHS and QFS standards by ensuring adherence to operational procedures, cleaning processes, product specifications, GMPs, sanitation programs, and HACCP/SQF policies.
• Team Development & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and support production associates, driving accountability, problem-solving, effective communication, and continuous development.
• Continuous Improvement & Productivity: Monitor and improve OEE indicators, optimize the use of raw materials and packaging materials, and participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with maintenance, technical teams, and production stakeholders to prioritize resources, coordinate work orders, support line startups, and resolve operational challenges.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, including previous experience leading teams and managing production operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large groups of employees, systems, and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance metrics such as OEE.
• Experience collaborating with maintenance and technical teams to support equipment reliability and production efficiency.
• Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving skills.
