Kellanova is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams in Linares, NL. You will plan and coordinate production activities, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve plant goals.

Responsibilities include developing teams, maintaining GMPs, HACCP/SQF adherence, and optimizing OEE. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, including previous experience leading teams and managing production operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large groups of employees, systems, and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, operational excellence, and manufacturing performance metrics such as OEE.
  • Experience collaborating with maintenance and technical teams to support equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, negotiation, and proactive problem-solving skills.

  • Promote EHS and QFS standards by ensuring adherence to operational procedures, cleaning processes, product specifications, GMPs, sanitation programs, and HACCP/SQF policies.
  • Lead, coach, and support production associates, driving accountability, problem-solving, effective communication, and continuous development.
  • Monitor and improve OEE indicators, optimize the use of raw materials and packaging materials, and participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with maintenance, technical teams, and production stakeholders to prioritize resources, coordinate work orders, support line startups, and resolve operational challenges.

Title: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Are you passionate about leading manufacturing teams and driving operational excellence? Join our Operations team as a Team Leader. You’ll be responsible for planning and coordinating production area operations, ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and people objectives while fostering a strong culture of EHS, QFS, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will lead production associates and team leaders, optimize manufacturing performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational results. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with operational standards, product quality requirements, and plant performance goals.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

We’re Looking for Someone With
