Una empresa líder en tecnología busca un Supervisor de Producción en Ciudad Juárez, cuyo rol se centrará en coordinar la producción, mantener estándares de calidad y asegurar la capacitación del personal. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 2 años de experiencia, habilidades en manejo de recursos y un enfoque en resultados. Se valorará el conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing y sistemas SAP, además de habilidades comunicativas para inspirar al equipo.

Formación

• 2+ años en una posición similar.
• Conocimientos en APQP, IATF y ISO 14000.
• Inglés intermedio y habilidades de gestión de personas.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinar y supervisar actividades para cumplir el horario de producción.
• Garantizar calidad de producto y seguimiento de estándares.
• Definir necesidades de capacitación del personal de fabricación.

Company Description

Job Description

• Lead & coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule of
assigned area, taking care about safety & product quality requirements as per
control plan.
• Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing, monitoring workflow,
assuring standards follow up.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing
work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving
problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Define training needs for the manufacturing personnel of assigned production line to
achieve and maintain necessary competence, knowledge, discipline, and skill levels
• Ensure that procedures and instructions are followed by manufacturing personnel,
including safety and environmental guidelines as well as quality documents & control.
• Support continuity through working shifts.
• Responsible in his/her shift for product quality level of manufacturing.
• Provide and support Bosch Production System, CIP, Policy Deployment, and
teamwork.
• Continuously improve quality, cost, productivity, up time of machinery, turnover,
absenteeism
• Communicate plant goals, policies, information to manufacturing personnel.
• Support manufacturing personnel in communication with Plant organization
• Promote and support Safety, Quality and Environment Plant goals.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on
the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
• Daily Management according Bosch Production System.
• SAP P72 System production module administration.
• SAP P59 for Manufacturing Personnel administration.
• Heijunka // Production Monitoring.
• Consumption Control & PMR.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar position • Results-orientation approach and mindset to constantly and systematically aim to achieve tasks and the corresponding business targets (safety, production quantity, quality, cost) with an organized hands-on approach.
- The Supervisor should derive job satisfaction of getting hourly perfect hours.
- Understanding and own the metrics to be achieved is key.
