Grupo TECMA seeks a capable engineering/production process supervisor to oversee workshop process technology, manage production workforce, and drive process standardization. You will coordinate process improvements and lead research on new processes while ensuring efficient workforce allocation for products.

Exhibiting strong analytical skills, teamwork, and adaptability, you will guide process and engineering tasks, analyze production issues, and ensure high-quality, on-time completion of tasks

Formación

• College degree or higher; preference for Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong team management, communication, coordination, information gathering and organizational abilities.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and on-site guidance capabilities; innovation mindset; high adaptability, initiative, accountability and resilience.
• Conversational English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee workshop process technology, process management, and production workforce control; develop process standards and documentation.
• Analyze, improve, and resolve production issues to maximize fulfillment of demand department requirements while ensuring on-time, high-quality production.
