Job summary
Flex is seeking a Production Planning Supervisor in Aguascalientes, Mexico. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will oversee materials and production functions, guide order processing for major customer units, and coordinate with Master Scheduler to ensure on-time delivery.
The role requires a BA/BS or equivalent, advanced English, experience in metals/manufacturing, BOM knowledge, and familiarity with Agile lifecycle and SAP/BAAN.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in metals/manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of BOMs and assembly processes (End to End).
- NPI experience and Agile lifecycle familiarity.
- Advanced English required.
- Experience with SAP/BAAN and floor shop systems.
Responsibilities
- Guide order processing activities for major customer units.
- Coordinate with Master Scheduler on materials and life cycle.
- Drive process improvements in Order Management.
- Ensure product release planning based on material and capacity.
- Lead subordinates and liaise with customer programs.
