H.B. Fuller Company is hiring a Production Operator I for its Monterrey, Mexico site. You will operate mixers, reactors, and pumps, weighing and loading materials, and recording production data to support batch production.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical qualification and at least 1 year in production. Onsite work with adherence to safety and quality standards is essential.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS• Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.• Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.• Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.II.
