H.B. Fuller in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a production operator to execute and monitor batch processes, measure materials, and maintain equipment according to procedures.

You will perform in-process quality checks, follow safety and 5S standards, and collaborate with the team to meet production targets. Onsite work is required and lifting may be involved.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing (chemical industry preferred).
• Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor mixers, reactors, pumps, and other chemical processing equipment according to established procedures.
• Measure, weight, and load raw materials into production equipment following batch instructions.
• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S and safety standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality guidelines, including the use of PPE.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic equipment adjustments.
• Complete production documentation and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
