V. is seeking a Procurement Leader to drive strategic procurement, supplier development, and risk mitigation to ensure material availability and cost competitiveness. You will lead sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and negotiate long-term agreements. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a background in Industrial Engineering or related fields, and strong negotiation and ERP skills (SAP/Plex).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience performing duties and responsibilities equivalent to the level of the position being applied for.
• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of SAP, Plex, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leading strategic procurement activities to ensure material availability, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness.
• Drive sourcing strategies, supplier development, risk mitigation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to support business objectives and operational excellence.
• Ensure timely material availability through effective purchase order and supplier management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) and support supply continuity.
• Evaluate and monitor supplier performance based on delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost metrics.
• Lead supplier negotiations, long-term agreements, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain procurement procedures, sourcing methodologies, and supplier evaluation frameworks.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through supplier assessments, capacity evaluations, and dual-source strategies.
• Analyze procurement KPIs and support S&OP and long-term supply planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational and organizational goals.
