BRP in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Leader to guide the Fabrication team, drive continuous improvement, and uphold health, safety, and quality standards.

You will lead the department's operations, manage budgets and forecasts, and foster a data-driven culture to deliver quality products on time. This role emphasizes leadership, NPD knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related manufacturing leadership roles.
• Bilingual communication required./Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for health, safety and environment of the designated department.
• Oversee production and operations of the department.
• Ensure plant equipment and test/automated systems are maintained and calibrated.

Experience And Education

Principal Activities And Responsabilities

• Responsible for the designated department's health, safety, and environment.
• Responsible for the production and operations of the designated department.
• Responsible for day-to-day housekeeping, operations, and administrative topics ensuring all necessary plant equipment, automated & test equipment are maintained in a current operable and calibrated condition.
• Show leadership and commitment to the QMS and customer focus, promote continuous improvement aligned to ISO 9001:2015.
• Responsible for continuously seeking new product (Growth) introductions at fabrication, as well as new platforms and model year introductions.
• Create, sustain, implement, and communicate strategies, tactics, and operational plans by the company vision and mission.
• Human Resources Leadership
• Assist in recruitment and placement of required direct labor; ensure people are adequately trained or qualified to maintain a high level of skills in fabrication processes (welding, prefabrication, and paint).
• Establishment of organizational structure.
• Financial Management by maintaining budget accuracy.
