GRAMMER AG in Tlaxcala, Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to drive preventive and corrective maintenance for cutting, sewing, and forming equipment. You will implement TPM, ensure machine availability, and manage utilities at our facility.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of production maintenance experience and strong skills in reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. This role offers a path within a global automotive supplier network and professional development
Formación
- 5+ years in maintenance for production involving cutting, sewing, assembly, presses.
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Implement TPM methodologies across the plant.
- Ensure availability of machines and utilities (power, water, gas).
- Track spare parts and manage tool crib levels.
