GRAMMER AG in Tetla Tlaxcala is seeking a Maintenance Technician for cutting and sewing to lead maintenance plans, service production equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

You will collaborate with management to set objectives, implement TPM, optimize energy use, and ensure compliance with quality procedures while developing maintenance documentation and training programs.

Formación

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Gerber and sewing machines experience required.
• 2–4 years in a maintenance role.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CUT & SEWING

Location: TETLA, TLAXCALA

What are your main tasks?

• 1) Establish departmental objectives in collaboration with management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies
• 2) Implement maintenance plans (predictive, preventive, and corrective) for cutting and sewing machinery
• 3) Carry out maintenance activities on cutting and sewing machinery
• 4) Create, implement, and manage maintenance documentation for the area of responsibility
• 5) Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems
• 6) Participate in layout changes
• 7) Develop, monitor, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans
• 8) Continuously improve processes to optimize the use of natural resources, energy, etc.
• 9) Comply with the procedures and forms of the Company's Quality Management System
• 10) Optimize energy consumption through the implementation of continuous improvement
• 11) Manage the application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) to production processes
• 12) Participate in assigned training programs, committing to applying the knowledge gained to achieve departmental and organizational goals
• 13) Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

What are your qualifications?

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems PLC programming
• Gerber machine
• Sewing machine
• Mechanical and Electrical Technician (maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities, and/or related areas)
• 2 to 4 years of experience in the position
