GRAMMER AG in Tlaxcala, Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to drive preventive and corrective maintenance for cutting, sewing, and forming equipment. You will implement TPM, ensure machine availability, and manage utilities at our facility.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of production maintenance experience and strong skills in reading electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. This role offers a path within a global automotive supplier network and professional development

Formación

• 5+ years in maintenance for production involving cutting, sewing, assembly, presses.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic drawings.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Implement TPM methodologies across the plant.
• Ensure availability of machines and utilities (power, water, gas).
• Track spare parts and manage tool crib levels.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

Location: TETLA, TLAXCALA

What are your main tasks?

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for:
  • GERBER, ATRIA, and PARAGON cutting machines
  • Dürkopp, Juki, and Pfaff sewing machines
  • Forming and cutting presses
• Execution and updating of preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Implementation of TPM methodology
• Ensure the availability of machines, equipment, and peripherals
• Management of plant utilities: power, water, and gas
• Tracking of spare parts and consumables, inventory levels (min/max), and tool crib management
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and internal standards

What are your qualifications?

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field

• Over 5 years of experience in maintenance for production processes involving cutting, sewing, assembly, and presses
• Technical knowledge of maintenance for cutting machines (GERBER, ATRIA, PARAGON), sewing machines (Durkopp, Juki, Pfaff), and forming and cutting presses
• Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings and schematics
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems
