GRAMMER AG is seeking a Maintenancetechnician in Mexico to lead maintenance for plastic injection molding machines and related equipment. You will establish departmental objectives, implement comprehensive maintenance plans, and ensure adherence to Quality Mgmt System standards.

With 2–4 years in similar roles, you will contribute to energy optimization, TPM rollout, and safety/environment compliance while supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• PLC Programming.
• Injection Process.
• Injection Molding Machine Operation.
• Mechanical and Electrical Technician background in maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities.
• 2–4 years of experience in the position.

Responsabilidades

• Establish departmental objectives with management, aligning with company goals.
• Implement maintenance plans (predictive, preventive, and corrective) for plastic injection molding machines.
• Carry out maintenance activities for plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Create, implement, and manage maintenance documentation within the area of responsibility.
• Identify and resolve production capacity issues caused by machinery and equipment problems.
• Participate in facility layout changes.
• Develop, track, and execute preventive, corrective, and improvement action plans.
• Continuously improve processes to optimize energy/resource use.
• Comply with the company's Quality Management System procedures/forms.
• Optimize energy consumption through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the implementation of TPM in production processes.
• Participate in training programs and apply knowledge to achieve goals.
• Support the Safety and Environment department in regulatory compliance.
