Formación

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing required.
• 3 years leadership experience preferred.
• 3 years manufacturing experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Address safety issues promptly.
• Spend 75% time on production floor leading associates.
• Staffing and training plans within the department.
• Provide regular, timely, specific feedback to associates.
• Provide a learning environment and challenge associates to meet higher expectations.
• Implement BD Excellence components and programs within the manufacturing unit.
• Maintain open communication between production staff and management.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and involve HR when needed.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to establish production schedules.
• Track production metrics and report progress to associates and management.
• Lead daily production operations.
• Other duties as required to support the business needs.
