The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, leading teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in production supervision in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in automotive or electronics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to achieve production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate production operators, monitor attendance and compliance with safety procedures.
• Implement corrective actions to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
