OmniOn Power Matamoros, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Production Development Specialist in Matamoros, Tamaulipas to ensure timely engineering changes and BOM custody in SAP.

You will coordinate design changes, monitor material updates, generate cross-functional reports, and close CNs in Windchill, collaborating with warehouse, shipping, engineering, HSE, and HR. Requires a bachelor’s in Administrative or Engineering, 2 years in manufacturing, intermediate English and strong MS Office skills.

• Administrative or Engineering bachelor's degree.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• English level: Intermediate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Mansioni

• Load the BOM of new product in the SAP system.
• Update the BOM of regular codes according to a change of design CN.
• Monitor material changes and ensure correct BOM assignment to avoid location errors.
• Monitor the implementation of material changes within established timelines.
• Manage reports with process engineering and maintain updated process documentation.
• Coordinate and assign CNs (change notifications) and ensure CNs are implemented and closed in Windchill.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, engineering, HSE, and HR to deliver expected results.
• Comply with mandatory training on time.

This position is responsible for managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) in SAP, coordinating design change notifications (CNs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain process integrity and cost efficiency. The specialist ensures that material updates are correctly assigned, documented, and executed without negatively impacting site operations.This position reports to the Project Manager in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.ResponsibilitiesAs the Production Development Specialist, you will:Load the BOM of new product in the SAP system.Update the BOM of regular codes according to a change of design CN.Monitor material changes, considering that the unique do not represent a negative cost for wrong location Monitor de BOM so that the materials are correctly assigned and avoid an error by wrong location.Monitor the implementation of the changes of the materials in their established time.Manage reports in conjunction with process engineering to implement the changes and have updated the documentation used within the process.Coordinate and assign the CNs (change notifications) monitoring that they are implemented and closed in windchill.Work as a team with the support areas (warehouse, shipping, engineering, HSE, HR) to make possible the delivery of the expected results.Comply with his mandatory training on time.ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS: OmniOn Power will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Mexico for this opening.
