Job summary

OmniOn Power Matamoros, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Production Development Specialist to ensure accurate engineering changes in the production environment.

You will manage SAP BOM loading for new products and update BOMs as design changes occur. You will monitor material changes, ensure correct location assignments, and coordinate CNs in Windchill while collaborating with warehouse, engineering, and process teams to maintain cost efficiency and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Engineering field.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• English level: Intermediate.
• PC Skills required – Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Load the BOM of new product in the SAP system.
• Update the BOM of regular codes according to a CN change.
• Monitor material changes to avoid negative cost due to wrong location.
• Monitor BOM so that materials are correctly assigned and avoid errors by wrong location.
• Monitor the implementation of material changes within established time.
• Manage reports with process engineering to implement changes and update documentation.
• Coordinate and assign CNs (change notifications) and ensure they are implemented and closed in Windchill.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, engineering, HSE, HR to deliver expected results.
• Comply with mandatory training on time.
