Job summary

OmniOn Power Inc. in Matamoros, Tamaulipas seeks a Production Development Specialist to ensure timely engineering change implementation. You will manage the BOM in SAP, coordinate CNs, and work with cross‑functional teams to maintain process integrity and cost efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Administrative or Engineering fields, 2 years’ manufacturing experience, and proficiency in English and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Administrative / Engineering bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
• English level: Intermediate.
• PC Skills required – Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Load the BOM of new product in the SAP system.
• Update the BOM of regular codes according to a change of design CN.
• Monitor material changes, ensuring correct location and avoiding errors.
• Monitor the implementation of the changes of the materials in their established time.
• Manage reports with process engineering to update documentation.
• Coordinate and assign CNs, monitoring that they are implemented and closed in Windchill.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, engineering, HSE, HR to achieve expected results.
• Complete mandatory training on time.
