Katayama Mexico is seeking skilled Production Workers to operate production line equipment in a busy environment. The successful candidate will monitor processes, ensure quality, and help meet production schedules while reducing scrap.

Candidates should have good communication, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to stand for long periods. High school diploma preferred, and pre-employment testing may be required. Overtime may be necessary.

Formación

• Ability to pass pre-employment testing.
• Standing 100% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Operate production line equipment and finish products to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Perform process control checks, start-up checks, and operator maintenance checks.
• Notify teamleader or supervisor in event of problems and communicate daily production output.
• Post weekly process chart and review production data.
• Work overtime as required.

Our company is currently seeking skilled and experienced Production Workers to carry out various tasks in our busy environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and some mechanical aptitude. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment and finishing products to meet productions schedules, quality requirements, and reduce scrap levels.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform process control checks, start-up checks, and operator maintenance checks
• Perform specified processes and machine adjustments
• Comply with all safety requirements
• Post/communicate daily production output and review weekly process chart
• Notify teamleader or Supervisor in event of problem
• Work overtime as required

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide input to teamleader or Supervisor on information important to the next shift and post shift notes where appropriate
• Attend scheduled meetings and participate in problem solving activities
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor or manager
