Henkel LATAM is seeking a PSRA Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance and support registration, maintenance, and commercialization of cosmetic products across LATAM. The role collaborates with Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to manage submissions, label compliance, and post-approval changes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry or related field, 6–12 months in Regulatory Affairs, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry or related scientific field.
  • 6–12 months of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, or Compliance in cosmetics, personal care, pharma, or consumer health.
  • Experience managing product registrations and regulatory submissions across LATAM countries.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, labeling requirements, and product compliance processes.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage preparation, submission, and maintenance of cosmetic product registrations and notifications across LATAM markets.
  • Coordinate regulatory activities to support launches, reformulations, extensions, renewals, and discontinuations.
  • Review formulas, claims, and artwork to ensure LATAM regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation, technical dossiers, certificates, and data for health authorities and databases.
  • Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
  • Support regulatory projects related to compliance improvements, digitalization, and process optimization.
  • Communicate regulatory risks, opportunities, and project status to stakeholders.

About this Position

The PSRA Specialist is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the successful registration, maintenance, and commercialization of cosmetic products across Latin America.


This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external authorities to manage product registrations, regulatory submissions, label compliance, and post-approval changes.


The position plays a key role in enabling business growth by ensuring products meet applicable regulatory requirements while supporting innovation, portfolio expansion, and operational excellence.


What you´ll do


  • Manage the preparation, submission, and maintenance of cosmetic product registrations and notifications across LATAM markets.

  • Coordinate regulatory activities to support new product launches, reformulations, line extensions, renewals, and product discontinuations.

  • Review and assess product formulas, claims, artwork, labels, to ensure compliance with LATAM region regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain regulatory documentation, technical dossiers, certificates, and supporting data required by health authorities, and databases

  • Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Support implementation of regulatory projects related to compliance improvements, digitalization initiatives, and process optimization.

  • Ensure timely communication of regulatory risks, opportunities, and project status to stakeholders.


What makes you a good fit


  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry Sciences or a related scientific field.

  • Professional Experience:6 - 12 months of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, or Compliance within the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or related industries.

  • Experience managing product registrations and regulatory submissions across multiple Latin American countries.

  • Knowledge of cosmetic regulations, labeling requirements, and product compliance processes.

  • Experience working with cross-functional and regional teams.

  • Technical Skills:Strong understanding of cosmetic regulatory frameworks and product lifecycle management.

  • Experience reviewing product formulas, claims substantiation, artwork, and labeling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

  • Experience with regulatory databases and document management systems is preferred.

  • Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business actions.

  • Soft Skills:Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.

  • Language Requirements:Fluent English (written and spoken).Spanish required.
