Johnson Controls in Monterrey is seeking a Product Owner for a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will lead SCRUM teams working on the Navigator Platform, translating requirements into user stories and managing backlogs to align with business goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Management, UX, and Development, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and program release plans. Flexibility for international coordination is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interviewing and questioning skills.
• Facilitation experience.
• 8+ years in a technology-related field with exposure to Product Development and/or Product Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead one or more SCRUM teams contributing to Navigator Platform.
• Translate product features into user stories, use cases, and software requirements.
• Maintain Product/Feature Backlog and Sprint-by-Sprint forecast.
• Coordinate with Product Management, UX, and Development teams to meet business needs.
• Interface with stakeholders and ensure alignment across global teams.
