Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Mexico is seeking a Product Owner to lead roadmap enhancements for a loyalty platform, owning the business logic and specifications that drive loyalty program outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will translate complex business requirements into precise, unambiguous specifications for automated and AI-assisted development, manage the backlog, and collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure delivery and reuse across clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Product Owner/PM/BA or similar role.
• Experience delivering web-based software, API and batch integrations, and real-time event-driven systems.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of roadmap enhancements for the enterprise loyalty platform.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise specifications that become the source of truth for automated and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Manage the product backlog including dependencies, priority, sequence, strategy, and business objectives.
• Identify and address challenges that arise during the product development lifecycle, collaborating with team members to find creative solutions and keep development on track.
• Provide mechanisms for teams and stakeholders to view and track progress across releases and milestones.
• Share vision and gain buy-in from various audiences, including business and technical roles at multiple levels.
• Owns and evolves the business logic governing your domains of expertise, influencing technical and business decisions.
